Neua Tun Nang Loeng is an old-school beef noodle shop closely associated with historic Nang Loeng Market. The recipe has passed through the family and the current generation preserves a nostalgic Chinese-Thai atmosphere with wooden tables, quick lunch service and a focused menu.

The house preparation uses braised beef cuts, tendon and selected offal kept warm for service. The broth is simmered for depth, with Chinese spices used lightly so the natural flavour of the beef remains central. Blanched morning glory is traditionally used in the bowl.
